Well, things have been getting pretty busy. Both books and movie stuff have been heating up.
Last week we finished recording the audio version of The Seeing (book and CD will be out in March). It's the end to the Soul Tracker trilogy (Soul Tracker was #1, The Presence was #2 -- though both can be read separately). The story deals with a young man who has a pair of goggles which allow him to see into the supernatural world around us. As usual we did a ton of research and I'm hoping and praying it will minister deeply on topics such as pride, working together as one Body in Christ, spiritual principalities, and of course, spiritual warfare.
Oddly enough, this is also the week I've revised my non-fiction book, The Dark Side of the Supernatural. It's basically a handbook on various occult counterfeits dealing with everything from reincarnation to Wicca to Ouija Boards to UFO's to, well you name it. The idea is if you have a question about one of the many topics, you can simply pull the book from the shelf and get a quick overview. I've geared it a bit more for teens since they're often the most vulnerable in this area and it will be re-released in tandem with the re-release of my teen series, Forbidden Doors (which covers the same info but in a fiction format).
The Wager (based on my book, The Wager, and staring Randy Travis) is scheduled for release this September. I've seen the trailer (you can view it on my web page www.Billmyers.com) and like it a lot. I got to play a tiny, tiny part as a homeless guy. More on that later.
I've also heard that my kid's series, My Life as . . . is now in Barnes and Noble. I'm pretty excited about that and hope lots of folks will hit the store and pick up a copy or two so they'll continue handling the series so we can reach kid's we normally wouldn't be able to.
Right now I'm working on a screenplay for some producers. They've asked me to keep the topic confidential, but as usual, I'm learning a lot about the subject as I research and write.
That's it for now. I'll try to update this at least once a week with more personal notes as we continue.
Thanks for your interest and God bless,
bill

What can you suggest for writers. I am currently writting a novel, but find that is hard to keep the story tied together. GRR... Hate it somedays!
